I rented a house where Macklin was the property manager. Any issues that arose at the house, Macklin addressed quickly. She always ensured help was on the way ASAP. Macklin and I worked together several times over the course of my 2 year lease and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The house had several maintenance issues over the 2 years but I never lacked confidence on her ability to resolve the issue.
She replies to emails in a timely manner and is really there for the tenant. I really enjoyed having her as my property manager. Highly recommend her. Her level of professionalism is so hard to find these days. Thank you Macklin for making my two years simple. It’s been a pleasure!
