Trustworthy and Results Oriented. I was looking for an experienced agent since I’m out of state. Makeba helped me get my long term rental ready to sell with recommendations of color, floors and fixtures. It needed a lot of work and Makeba helped me envision a diamond in a rough. She checked in on the property continually and was a good sounding board. I liked how she was very familiar with the community and also gave me many recommended vendors to help with the sale. We ended up getting a high dollar offer and closed successfully! I’m thrilled to have this chapter behind me. Give Makeba a call and you will be very happy you did! She is experienced, calm, patient, trustworthy and very detailed!

Incredibly supportive & helpful agent! Working with Makeba was such a delight. From the moment we contacted her, she was responsive and always remained available to answer our questions. She did an incredible job walking us through all of the steps it takes to sell a house in a way that was very easy to understand and follow. Even though there are many steps involved, she really made it seem easy! She helped us stage our house with our existing furniture and the photos turned out incredible. The process of getting to closing was a bit delayed (nothing to do with Makeba) and she advocated for us all along the way. Makeba was always on top of the process, where it was at, and making sure we had all the information we needed. I would highly, highly recommend Makeba for anyone looking to buy or sell in Los Angeles. She is amazing!

The ideal Selling Experience. This was our first house that we bought and it was time to sell. Makeba gave us great advice on how to prepare the house for selling. Following her advice the house looked great and went for top dollar. She has an unexpected eye for interior design and her contacts in construction were professional, quick and economical.

Sale price came in slightly above what we were expecting with multiple offers at that price.

Would absolutely recommend.

Buying and selling a home can be an extremely overwhelming process, but Makeba made the experience straightforward and painless. We believe that because of Makeba’s guidance and strategic vision we were able to sell our home for top dollar!

Makeba is extremely personable, proactive and organized, responsive, and respectful. She took the time to understand our family's needs together with the ever-changing market landscape to set realistic expectations and goals. If we did stumble across a challenge, Makeba helped us stay calm and reassured by clearly articulating the issue and being one step ahead of us to find a solution. She never imposed her opinion when we had to make decisions, but instead provided us with expertise and sound advice.

She came equipped with a rolodex of reliable and licensed professionals (e.g., photographer, plumber, air and heater repairman) to help prepare our home for the sale. Makeba showed up on-time for every step in the process (e.g., inspection, repairs, showings, etc.) and knew all the right questions to ask to make sure the job gets done right the first time.
