If you are reading this review, you're probably debating and deciding which realtor will tick as many of your boxes as possible. You're probably not sure who to trust and which realtors "talk a good game" but never live up to their promises. That's exactly the situation my husband and I were in as we searched for the perfect partner to help us move our family out of state and into the home and life of our dreams. We thought "if we can find someone who'll meet 60% of our criteria, we'd probably be OK." Mala consistently blew us away in every single category, exceeding our wildest expectations. From a technical perspective, the entire process was flawless. Many realtors can brag about their networks, or their track record, etc. But that wasn't what was most impressive to us. It was Mala's attention to detail, her drive to meet our every need, her creativity in problem-solving, and her absolute professionalism and expertise in so many areas. One great example among many was when we flew out to visit the house and local schools, Mala was right there with us as we toured the high school that both of kids would attend in the fall. This was weeks after we'd finalized the purchase of the home. Mala is amazing and we'd highly recommend her! Can't wait to buy our next property with her.

Mala is one in a million! Dedication and genuine care for her clients, thorough market knowledge, expert level bargaining and deal strategy, round the clock availability, extraordinary follow-through, and constant communication are all standard with Mala. From the moment we contacted her about the perfect house in Ft. Collins, the switch was flipped and all systems were GO! A few minutes later, she was FaceTime-ing us from the house and speaking with the agent about how many offers, what the sellers were looking for in a buyer, and how close they were to accepting an offer. Two days later, the house was ours after beating 16 other offers. I could stop my review there, but the rest of the process was actually a joy as well; from Mala's stable of lenders/service providers to her super helpful and tailored move out/move in checklists. I simply cannot say enough good things about her service... even weeks after our transaction was completed, she was there onsite helping me deal with a harrowing moving company experience (which I'd setup on my own), and provided me with the pictures I needed to file claims when I didn't have the presence of mind to do so myself. Not every transaction will be as smooth as mine was, though you'd be extremely hard pressed to find a better teammate than Mala on which to rely when purchasing a home in Colorado. Cheers, Mala!!! There are few moments in life more daunting than buying your first home. All the things you thought you knew and all the preparations you made seem to fall short in the struggle and in that moment you have to rely on people you hardly know to take your hand, keep your trust and find you a place that you can call your own. Mala Vyas was that person for us, and in those lighting fast days Mala went from a friendly face to someone i can call a friend. She genuinely cares about her clients and works night and day to make sure that they are taken care of, as though they were her own family. She has spark, talent, and honesty that is not only refreshing, but necessary in a time where for us the market was moving so quickly.

I can not recommend her enough. If you need a home, she is your Super hero.

Mala Vyas is an amazing person to work with. She helped us find our first home in this crazy market we have. She thoroughly explained every part of the process and gave us advice from A to Z while we searched, found, and put bids on houses. She continued to encourage us and keep us going after losing houses we thought we really loved to bids that we just couldn’t out do. She was willing to work around our crazy schedules as my husband and I both work in the medical field. She answered our texts and calls at any hour with a positive attitude. She even kept contact with us as she went on a family trip to help us out. Finally, when we truly did find a house that we really did fall in love with she worked her magic to help make us more appealing to the seller than even an all cash offer. :). We could not be more happy to have had the pleasure of working with someone so amazing in our journey to get our first home. We will definitely be using her in the future if/when we decide to move.

Mala was GREAT! She helped us find a house during the pandemic, which was not an easy feat. She was fast at sending houses our way, always kept us informed of our options, and was extremely organized and helpful during the closing process. I highly recommend her!
