Mandi Kostman

Born, raised and a resident of Battle Ground, WA, Mandi puts her experience to work for you. She has been helping customers in Clark County for 21 years. She started working with ERA in Clark County in 1997 with used residential properties. A couple of years after starting with ERA she decided to try her hand at new home construction with New Tradition Homes to help customers build their dream homes, seventeen great years later Mandi is still with New Tradition Homes. She currently works in their real estate division, New Tradition Realty, to help customers buy and sell used residential properties and she loves it! Working outside of the model homes has allowed her to be a more flexible and present mom and wife, but still maintain a high customer service level. She is available for her clients on a very flexible schedule and that frees her up to coach her daughter’s volleyball team, watch her boys play basketball and volunteer at their schools and our church. Being a broker is only partially about helping you find or sell your home. Mostly it is about educating you through the entire process, building a relationship and earning the trust it takes to help you make one of the biggest investments you will make in a lifetime.
