We were timid buyers... worried about buying in a sellers market. As a result we were high maintenance... making a decision, then changing our minds... more than once.

Mara showed ultimate patience with our indecisiveness and was a rock solid advocate for us when we asked to back out and never showed any judgement or pressure for us to buy something we weren't sure about. Ultimately when we found our dream house the next challenge was to sell our current one. Mara helped guide us in preparing our house for sale and got it sold the weekend we listed.

We've never had such a positive experience in a real estate transaction on either side (buying or selling). Mara was an advocate, an ally, and a therapist when needed. We cannot more strongly recommend Mara as a partner in real estate.

Mara was an absolute Rockstar realtor. I handed her a crazy fast timeline to find the perfect house in this insane market we are experiencing. She worked tirelessly with me at all hours of the day to secure the home I wanted. She was detailed and caring, professional and supportive in one of the craziest times of my life. Mara helped us purchase an investment property in Grand County. The sellers were less than cooperative and securing appraisers and inspectors up there in a timely fashion was challenging but Mara pulled out all the stops to ensure we met every single deadline and closed without a hitch. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat. She's incredibly knowledgeable, very responsive, and an all around beautiful human. Working with her definitely felt like we had the best person in our corner to guide us through this process.
