With a solid background of over 15 years in financial services and four years at NAI Affinity, Marc has developed a deep understanding of the industry. His past roles at Direct Processing Solutions and UNION POS have further enriched his expertise.
At Waypoint, Marc excels in industrial land sales, industrial leasing, buyer representation, and tenant representation across all real estate market segments. He thrives on interacting with colleagues and clients, ensuring successful transactions and building lasting relationships.
Marc holds a degree in economics from the University of Arizona and is a licensed real estate professional in Colorado. He is committed to continuous learning, engaging in ongoing education through Colorado Real Estate Journal (CREJ) and Urban Land Institute (ULI), and is a proud graduate of Leadership Northern Colorado.
Originally from Arizona, Marc grew up in New Mexico and spent 18 years in Texas before settling in Colorado. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his son’s baseball and football teams, and his hobbies include mountain biking, golf, skiing/snowboarding, fishing, and boating. Marc's dynamic background and passion for real estate make him a valuable asset to the Waypoint team.
