Marcia Cotlar

Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Marcia attended Northeastern University in Boston before moving to Colorado in 1983. She happily resides in Boulder between the Mapleton and Newlands neighborhoods, a location which offers both peaceful, tree-lined streets and is a short stroll to eventful downtown Pearl Street and Mt Sanitas. It has been a privilege to raise her three children here, and though they are all now grown or in college, she stays up to date on all the school information. Marcia has been a licensed Realtor since 1996, and is very experienced in re-sales, new home sales, finding your perfect new home, and discovering investment properties. She owns several rental properties, and she just loves the investment side of real estate. Previously, while working at RE/MAX, Marcia was inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, the Platinum Club, and the 100% Club. She is pleased to have found her home at 8z Real Estate, where she led a team (not your traditional team, we all work individually) and has received several awards, including earning Club 10 - for the highest performers - every year. Many of her clientele are repeat buyers and sellers or originate from past client referrals. This is a true reflection of how Marcia conducts her business: with her clients’ best interests at heart. Prior to Marcia’s career in real estate, she worked in the restaurant industry, and the philosophy of genuine hospitality and putting her clients first became her guiding light. She advises her clients like she would her family: with integrity, professionalism, and true expertise. She loves the industry and will happily talk real estate to everyone and anyone - please pick her brain!
