About Margaret

Margaret Bente is originally from a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. After graduating college in 2002, she moved west to Colorado with friends in the search of a new and exciting adventure. With the beautiful climate and culture, the Denver area offers, it did not take long for her to realize that Colorado was her home. After a decade of working in student finance, she decided to follow her passion and make the move to a career in real estate. Just as she immediately knew that Colorado was the state for her, she knows real estate is the career for her.

She loves working with buyers and sellers, especially first-time buyers. She remembers vividly the excitement, anxiety, and sense of pride she felt when purchasing her first home. Her goal is to guide her clients through the potentially daunting task and make it a seamless and positive experience.
