Margaret Gade

Margaret is a full-time residential Realtor® with a passion to serve her clients in buying and selling homes across the Denver Metro area, from Castle Pines to Boulder.

Prior to following her lifelong dream of a career in real estate, Margaret worked for 19 years in consumer lending with Norwest / Wells Fargo Financial and 14 years in sales operations roles for a global telecommunications provider. The combination of her background in finance and sales operations allows Margaret to develop a customized plan for each of her clients to meet their specific needs. Her local market knowledge combined with her research skills leave no stone unturned, providing her buyers and sellers the information they need to make an informed decision.

Throughout Margaret’s careers she has been the recipient of a variety of professional honors and achievements. While in telecommunications she was part of the Emerging Leaders Program and was a Circle of Excellence winner in 2002. During her 1 st year in Real Estate she was recognized as Rookie of the Year Runner-up.

Continuing Education is a core value for Margaret. She regularly attends workshops and seminars to further improve her skills to better serve her clients. Margaret is a graduate of Ignite, BOLD, and Dominate Your Market programs offered by Keller Williams Realty.

Margaret is an Iowa farm girl who moved to the Denver metro-area in 1983 and has resided in the West Metro area ever since (except for a short 2 years in Albuquerque, NM). She has one daughter and a large extended family in the Denver area.
