Wow, I am so late writing this review - but just like when we were buying our first house with Maria, she has been patient with me!

We feel so lucky to have had Maria as our real estate agent. We had never purchased a house before and Maria worked with us every step of the way. We moved in December 2021, and every day we feel more lucky with the house Maria helped us buy.

Maria learned what we wanted/needed quickly and got us in lots of great houses. But she was also patient with us when we had questions or felt nervous. I feel confident that Maria was always honest and upfront with us.

Maria was also a strong advocate for us in the process of putting in an offer and everything that came after. Maria helped us find the person who financed our loan (who I went with even after I solicited other offers because his terms were the best), she got us a good inspection - quickly, and on the fateful day she made sure that we closed and had the keys to our home that day!

I highly recommend Maria.

I cannot say enough positive things about Maria! Her work ethic is impressive, as is her integrity and attention to detail.

I had re-entered the real estate market recently, and attempted to use the rules I learned 10 years prior. It was an epic failure. Then I called Silvercreek regarding one of their listings, and Maria answered the phone. I quickly learned to trust her judgment and knowledge. In one of the most difficult markets for purchasing, she made it possible for me to purchase a wonderful next home. When things threatened to fall apart, she advocated for me in a manner that went above and beyond.

Next came the sale of my home. I knew this market favored that part of the transaction, but Maria’s thoughtful and wise method in the “how-to” of listing earned me $22,500 above the asking price. Buying and selling in this current market is very challenging, and one needs to have an agent who has the knowledge and experience for success. That person is Maria!

Maria helped us find our new home and we couldn't be happier. Working with her has been a fantastic experience. The amount of time she spent answering our questions and helping us prepare was impressive. Maria also helped us negotiate our inspection items and made sure they were all completed early. Moving from another state can be challenging; however, Maria was available when I able to fly into town, and she also volunteered to help with countless video call tours. Both helped make our our of state purchase experience much much easier. We appreciated Maria's flexibility, honesty, and relentless energy, and we would be happy to work with her again in the future. Maria is absolutely THE BEST real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I have worked with many, many agents over the years. She advocated for her us, stayed on top of deadlines, and aggressively negotiated when necessary. Our home buying process was so easy and stress free! She provided multiple, excellent recommendations for lenders, and she knows service providers across many disciplines to help with the process. Her knowledge of the area is very strong, and she offered genuine and well-researched opinions about the pros and cons of houses, neighborhoods, areas, etc. We will definitely be working with Maria again!

My husband and and I fortunately discovered Maria at an open house she was hosting in the beginning of 2020. Unfortunately for us, we needed to buy during an incredibly hot seller’s market in Boise, Idaho. It was not uncommon for sellers to receive multiple full price or above asking price offers on the first day of their listing. Because we wanted to keep the kids in their neighborhood schools, it took many months of looking to finally find a house that was perfect in many ways. Maria never tired of the many requests we made to see newly listed houses both in and out of the desired neighborhood, usually meeting us at the house within an hour or two. In addition, Maria was always able to get the paperwork done just as quickly with our offers. Incredibly all of the offers she helped us with were accepted. Even though we backed out of our earlier offers because of inspection issues, we did not lose much time or any money. Maria always had a positive attitude and commitment to finding the right house for us within our budget no matter how long we were taking to find it. If you are looking for a patient hard-working and kind agent I’m sure Maria will work as hard for you as she did for us!
