For Mariam Marabyan, every open house feels like her first one. She’s a rare case; a realtor who sold her very first single-family home at her very first open house. Mariam gratefully marvels at the strange road she traveled to get from importing and exporting electronic components to doing what she truly loves everyday: making people’s real estate dreams come true.
