Marie Raines is a personable and conscientious Real Estate Broker who was attentive and responsive to my needs from beginning to post-closing. She worked diligently to help me prep my home to be market ready, supplied referrals to meet my needs from contractors to housekeeping, and was flexible and patient throughout the process. I interviewed 6 realtors for the sale of our home.Each realtor was recommended to us in one way or another or we had prior business with them.Marie outshined them all.Immediate responses, common sense answers with no BS that many realtors are so fond of.I have to be honest, in 21 years of buying and selling real estate in Colorado,I have been through a lot of realtors whose egos got in the way of a deal.I never felt that way with Marie.
Fair, honest and straightforward is how I would quickly describe her manner.Fair commission and spot on Valuation or Market Analysis,she priced us right.Not too high, not too low.Just high enough to get more than one offer, and low enough to sell quickly for the best of the 2 offers.Marie won't like me saying this next part but too bad,90% of realtors out there are not worth listing with.If you are considering listing with someone else but Marie,there is at least a 90% Chance you are making a mistake.Don't make a mistake, hire Marie Raines to sell your home, you won't be sorry.

I can’t say enough good things about our realtor Marie Raines. When a friend recommended her she said, “Marie is the hardest working person I know,” and we agree! My husband and I recently purchased a home in the wild real estate market of 2021. Marie was not deterred by the lack of inventory in Longmont. She was 100% proactive in finding us a house. She wrote letters asking current residents if they were interested in selling, suggested a few compromises for us to “think about,” and proposed creative win-win offers. Decided to sell my home, picked 3 realtors pretty much at random and let them make a presentation on why I should use them. Marie came back with a detailed plan of not only how she would market the house in this crazy year to include staging, professional pictures, 3D walkthru, etc but also what she felt the house might be worth and presented that information with good comparisons of sold homes in the area. It was a very unique home and unique homes can be hard to sell, it takes the right person to come along to value it so it takes a good working realtor to really market it. Many others just wanted to do the usual thing and collect their fee. She had a plan, a price target and executed that plan

We decided to go with her based on her presentation. Her fee (without me asking) was VERY reasonable, much more so than others. She did what she said she would do. She made suggestions on what to take care of before buyers came along for inspection issues, she gave good feedback on the current state of the market and the staging and pictures came out fantastic. It really was an amazing transformation. ("this is our house??????")

She worked the phones, she worked the open houses, the staging, the showings and made the deal happen. It took a few weeks but I knew it would, unique home that we wanted top dollar. And we ended up right at the value that she had thought the house was worth. Worked with their inspector, the bank's appraiser, all the while keeping us informed with honesty.

My highest compliment is that I have recommended her to my friends looking to list their homes; that I trust her to do right by my friends. I would use her again and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

If you are looking for realty near Denver, you owe it to yourself to work with Marie! As we were looking for the ideal home in Colorado, coming from California, we really had no idea where to look or what to expect. Marie was the perfect virtual guide for our search in Longmont and Loveland as well as the Denver adjacent areas. She worked with my husband and me by showing us properties through FaceTime showings and earned our trust immediately. She gave us real time feedback on our suggested listings and went to view (and show) us every property that we wanted to see. I have to say, she really does her homework and put in all of the legwork for us with a very warm and bright attitude. As a first time homebuyer I was overwhelmed and intimidated. Marie allayed all my stresses and was extremely professional, attentive to detail and sensitive to my anxieties.
