We had a great experience working with Mark, Lisa and Cora in our quest to trade up to a larger house. As we dove into the process we were very nervous about the whole process and the competitive market. Team Duffy checked all of the boxes you would expect from seasoned professionals:

- They communicated well and always kept us in the loop
- They put up with my constant questions, lists, spreadsheets etc. - and did it with a smile :)
- They’ve got the hook up - we ended up working with a lender that they recommend & regularly partner with as we figured any edge is an edge in this market- Not only a great lender to work with, but a HUGE benefit to have a partnership and open communication channel between your realtor and your lender. That stress of calling a 1-800 number at 7:00 PM on a Saturday night to get something you need for an offer, gone…
- There’s more than one Duffy - It was the middle of summer, everyone has stuff going on (yes even Realtors) When the Duffy’s had scheduling conflicts during times we requested showings, they always made it work - if Lisa was busy Mark was there, if Mark was busy Lisa was there, one weekend they were both out of town, no problem their daughter Cora filled in (Thanks Cora!)
- They know their stuff - knowledgeable about the market, different areas, home upgrades, pricing, layout ideas, etc. - always took the opportunity to point stuff out that your average joe like me would miss (good and bad stuff)
- They did a great job keeping our spirits up as we battled the hot market but were also very straight forward and realistic in their advice to us: Friendly, honest, direct, hold the sugar coating - perfect balance

I would recommend team Duffy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell or both

We loved working with Lisa! In this crazy competitive market, they helped us get a house in just over a month. They were very accommodating with schedules, questions, and making sure the process as smooth. Would definitely use them again.
