Mark represents his clients in a way that goes beyond the normal "real estate agent and client" relationship. He is really an advocate who cares about his clients' desires and needs. Further, since Mark has seen many different types of real estate transactions, he is able to speak and advise on matters that are sometimes outside of the usual perspective of buying/selling/renting real estate, which is very valuable. Mark is an expert in his field, and I am confident in the outcome of every transaction we work together.

I had the pleasure of working with Mark Fitzpatrick as one professional to another. I was selected as the lender and Mark was chosen as the buyer's agent. It was my first time working with Mark and I was impressed. Mark prepared his out of town clients well for the competitiveness of the D.C. market and helped to manage their expectations well. Mark found his clients a great property that suited them perfectly and was able to negotiate a sizeable reduction in sales price.
