Mark received his real estate license and REALTOR® membership in 2005. After a twenty-year career in banking, he decided to follow his passion into full-time residential real estate at Dickens Mitchener.
He works with both buyer and seller clients to achieve the best results while minimizing stress. Putting his clients first and always doing business with honesty and integrity are hallmarks of his approach.
Prior to leaving the bank, he was a Senior Vice President advising business owners, executives, and private equity firms on multi-million dollar and billion dollar merger and acquisition financing. Mark brings the same level of professionalism and expertise to his clients as they buy and sell one of their most important assets.
A self-described “real estate junkie”, Mark loves to keep the pulse of the market while understanding emerging trends and utilizing the best technology on behalf of his clients. He is a big believer in continuing education, doing his homework, and using data to drive better decisions.
Mark received an MBA with Academic Distinction from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Presbyterian College.
Mark and his family have lived in Eastover and Myers Park for the past 18 years.
