We picked Mark out because he looked like a nice guy. When we called him he was on his way back from taking his grandkids to Disney World. That's when we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. We are first time home buyer so we were really ignorant all the whole process. Mark was informative and protective. He made sure to negotiate on our behalf to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. We couldn't possibly have asked for more.
