Welcome to my site! I'm Mark Kruse, one of Denver's premier young real estate agents focusing on educating my clients throughout the real estate process. A native of Denver, I specialize in Central Denver and the Metro Area. I would qualify for a PhD in real estate, were one offered in the field. I hold designations as a CRS, GRI, ABR, and SRS.

What do those letters mean, you ask?
CRS: Certified Residential Specialist
GRI: Graduate of Real Estate Institute
ABR: Accredited Buyer's Representative
SRS: Seller's Representative Specialist

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a boring professor of Colorado real estate. I love having fun in life as well as in my business, and have a lot of fun working with and educating my clients when they are buying or selling homes. I love being a Realtor, traveling, skiing, and educating myself about Colorado, the mountains, the suburbs, and the amazing and diverse cities and towns throughout Colorado.
