Mark Trueblood

Mark Trueblood is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Trumark, where he also serves as the company’s Real Estate Broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM®). With a career spanning over four decades, Mark brings deep expertise in real estate sales, leasing, and property management. Since obtaining his real estate associate license in 1979 and broker license in 1993, he has led transactions totaling over $15 million in a single year, representing clients in both acquisitions and dispositions.

Mark’s leadership roles include serving as CEO since 1998 and Director of Property Management since 1983. His responsibilities span marketing, sales, operations, and business development. Prior to founding Trumark, he was a Managing Partner from 1983 to 1998 and began his career as a Sales Associate with Stevenson/Dilbeck in 1981. His early professional experience also includes roles in retail management and coaching, reflecting his strong leadership and team-building skills.
