I bought my first home in Long Beach when I was 20 years old. Shortly after, I began investing in rental properties and I guess I got bit by the real estate bug. Friends, co-workers and family began asking me about properties and real estate and shortly thereafter I completed my courses and education requirements and was issued my California Real Estate License.
