We were able to purchase our first family home thanks to Martha. We could not have asked for a better agent. Martha was great to work with before, during and after the home buying experience. We met her at one of her open houses and she was very informative and easy to approach. During the search, she was very patient with us (it took us about two years to look for a home because we weren’t sure how committed we were). She was always available to answer our questions even if it was outside of office hours. She was never pushy and always encouraging. In this market, it was very discouraging. We had given up hope. We had to put down numerous offers before we got a counter offer. When one of our offers was finally accepted, she was great at advocating for us. She worked with multiple inspection agencies to ensure that we were well informed about the health of the home and we were happy with our purchase. After closing, Martha has continued to be a great resource for us to get the home to where we would like it. Overall, we give Martha five stars!
