Martin Brenner

I’m Martin (Marty) Brenner, an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties in Durango, Colorado. I help clients buy and sell homes and land throughout La Plata County, guiding them through every step with clarity and care.
With a background in physics from Cal Poly, I bring strong problem-solving skills to real estate — simplifying complex situations and focusing on great results. My goal is to make each transaction smooth, transparent, and rewarding.
Outside of real estate, I serve on the board of the Durango Climbers Coalition and spend as much time as possible outdoors — climbing, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and roasting coffee. I love helping people find not just a home, but a lifestyle that fits Durango’s adventurous spirit.
