I'm a Santa Clara Valley native, a 2nd generation Realtor, a real estate education junkie, and a prolific blogger.

In 2021, my daughter and former assistant, Clair Handy, earned her real estate license and joined me as a partner in my practice. As a 3rd generation Realtor and someone who'd been helping with real estate tasks and our content related jobs, she was a natural fit for the career! It didn't take her long before she obtained her GREEN designation, as she is passionate about sustainability.
