I highly recommend Mary Wagner as a real estate agent. Mary worked diligently in researching appropriate properties for me, successfully incorporating my input and feedback at every step. She was willing to meet with me for nearly ten hours on a rainy Saturday, and then five hours on the following Sunday, viewing twelve properties in two days. She provided clear insight into each houses construction and condition and objective opinions on how the properties matched up with my specifications. Most impressively, Mary was willing to go above-and-beyond the role of real estate agent. I trusted her to attend my inspection in my stead, and to check to make sure all items on my post-inspection contract were fulfilled as I was out of town. She performed these additional duties without hesitation. Mary was a consummate professional and emotionally even-keeled at all times, which was important when the transaction appeared that it might fall through and when dealing with Sellers. It was a pleasure working with her and I’m looking forward to doing so again in the future.
