Masha is a consummate professional and so skilled at what she does! I am property owner who has bought and sold real estate in different states so have worked with many RE agents. She has impressed me like no other! I decided to sell my condo in Boston in 2018. Masha knew the area very well, she knew how to help me stage and price my place competitively. We got an amazing offer above asking price. She's always available, responsive and knowledgeable. To this day, I STILL call her for advice on my other properties which I would so use her if we lived in the same city/state. If you're not using her in Boston to sell your house, you are doing yourself a disservice.

Masha is excellent.
She was recommended to us when I asked what's the difference between a good and an outstanding real estate agent - and she made that difference absolutely clear.

She's incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area - for example, she would advise us when it's a good idea to make an offer and when it ISN'T (a house that was very nicely staged and ended up going for a whopping 25% over asking price. Which it's not really worth, compared to similar properties).

She has creative ideas about real estate solutions, knows many reliable professionals in adjacent industries, and has them work with her as a team.
To illustrate - 2 condos in a former two-family were sold at the same time, one to us. Our new neighbor was calling me quite a lot between the accepted offer and the closing - she she was constantly running into issues with her lender and her attorney, was understandably stressed, and kept asking how this whole thing is working for us.
For us the entire process went as smoothly as can be imagined. A couple (external) issues were handled by Masha and the team quickly and *calmly*.

Another virtue - she's a fantastic negotiator. Saved a TON of money for us, and for the couple we recently referred to her.

She's dedicated, super-responsive, and makes you feel she's truly in your corner.

Masha had originally been recommended by my fiance, who she helped to find her first condo. Despite already having a connection to us, Masha sat down with us, listened intently to our hopes and plans, and helped us with our searching strategy.

Throughout our home search, she made herself available at all hours for all sorts of home buying questions. When we were making offers, she gave us advice and suggestions to maximize our advantage while simultaneously helping us to stay realistic and flexible. After our offer was accepted, she helped us navigate the PnS process, find a reputable home inspector, and largely soothe my nerves and uncertainties as a first time home buyer. Even now, as we are happy in our new house, she has made herself available for questions, suggestions, and referrals.

When searching for a new home, your real estate agent is going to end up being a frequent presence in your life: You’re going to be seeing him or her every weekend for open houses; and exchanging frequent calls, emails, and texts. Yesterday I signed the final closing documents, and today I have become the first-time homeowner.
That was a long and bitter-sweet process. Dozens of open houses around Boston and Metro-west, 4 rejected offers, 2 accepted offers, 1 withdrawn by me, 1 and only accepted, signed and closed. I wouldn’t have made it, I couldn’t, without my wise and patient realtor Masha.
Since day 1, Masha was very helpful, professional, calm and wise. Every day I was thoroughly combing through the listings bombarding her with my rookie questions: What do you think of this one? How’s the school system? How’s the commute? Why is the price so low/high? Can you contact the realtor?
She was very responsive and assessed each listing. By looking at it she could already see what the seller’s strategy was and what was good/bad about the property. Her professionalism and expertise helped me re-consider my “buying” habits and eventually choose the best option I could afford in the community which I liked very much. She also connected me to a team of wonderful people who helped me with the mortgage and closing paperwork.
