I am so happy we found Matt. He was a savior, and therapist for me when I was having trouble with all the the details you need to provide for the mortgage company. He would be right on top of it. He offered to come to my house and help. He went to every single walkthrough with the builder. He went over every single little detail on all of the documents. He asked to add things to the house which we would not have done. He found things in the house that needed to be fixed that we didn’t. He gave us so much advice. He went over every single number with us on the closing documents and appraisal He sat outside while we went to the closing because he could not go in because of Covid. He made our whole house buying process fun, not stressful. He went above and beyond what a realtor would normally do. He will be checking up on us every once in a while and a year from now to see how the numbers are and if we can save money in the areas. I recommend everyone use Matt. We felt so comfortable with him and I also believe that he will be a lifelong friend. I could go on and on about how great he is. He worked so hard for us. You will be making one of the most important purchases in your life so please hire Matt. You will be so happy you did.
