We met Matt Foster back in September and were very glad we did! With a newborn baby, both of us working full time and 3 cats our lives are quite busy but that was no problem for Matt. We had a very tight schedule and Matt made sure to respect and work with it! Matt was also very available at all times of the day, even weekends and never made it feel like we were bothering him! This made our home buying and selling process extremely smooth and easy! Matt made sure to communicate every, and I mean every, little detail that would happen between the buying and selling of our homes which made us feel extremely comfortable and see to ensure everything was on track and going smoothly. Matt is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made sure while we were buying and selling that our ducks were in a row with rent backs, contingencies, etc. and were never left homeless! We had a few hiccups with the old owners leaving the home we purchased, NO FAULT of Matt, but he made sure everything was quickly fixed and corrected QUICKLY and to our liking and agreement! Matt foster doesn’t just treat you like “clients” he truly treated us like we were his family and we greatly appreciate it! If you’re wondering if you should work with Matt, stop wondering and just do it

If you’re looking for a realtor that goes above and beyond then I would highly suggest Matthew Foster and his team at The Del Real Group! As first time home buyers we didn’t know what to expect in this hard to buy market right now but Matt was very patient and always had suggestions along the way. From day one Matt was always quick to respond to my text messages and got us in right away to see houses whether they were in Tracy or Modesto. After searching for a couple of weeks we finally came across “the house” for my family. Matt gave us his best advice on what to offer and we ultimately beat out higher bids. He also connected us with Sondra Yates and her team at CrossCountry Mortage and thanks to them we were able to close 10 days early and be in our house before the holidays! We are so grateful for Matt- we couldn’t have done this without you! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

It was such a pleasure to work with Matt who had all the answers to our real estate questions. As a first time homebuyer my husband and I were very hesitant about buying a home especially with the current housing market. When I first spoke to Matt back in May he instantly made me feel reassured about purchasing a home. Matt got to work right away and put us in contact with a great lender, got us approved within 3 days and the following day we were looking at homes. I was so amazed at how available Matt made himself, he was very patient and gave us the best advice in order for our offer to get accepted. Hands down the BEST real estate agent out there, working for the BEST group out there. I don’t usually write comments in my reviews, but the service Matthew provided us deserves a shout out.

As soon as my wife and I started looking for an agent, Matthew responded faster than any of the competition.

As first time home-buyers, he took the time to explain the process and educate us and NEVER pressured us.

He worked with our price point and values in mind.

He was ridiculously available, gladly answering question and putting our minds at ease through more than one late night phone call. The guy is a MACHINE.

And to top it off, Matthew connected us with a wonderful network of people - from mortgage lenders, to home security, to carpet cleaning - he had a reference that has not disappointed.

Wow! Knocked it out of the park. I think if you are getting to write a buyers realtor review in this market you know your realtor was the bomb.com. It is absolutely INSANE right now. I worked with Matt for 6 days before finding THE home 🏡. He knew it was the right choice for me and he went to work ASAP putting out the stand out offer. Matt knows his process and works to fine tune details as well as works at lightening speed. As a first time home buyer Matt made this rollercoaster 🎢 process as seamless as he could for me. He stays on top of EVERYTHING. I was even able to move in 25 days early ! INSANE. Offer acceptance to keys took less than 40 days!!! I would not want to work with any other realtor in the area. Highly recommend!

I have so many good things to say about Matt, that it almost sounds unbelievable. His level of service is amazing. I’ve worked with so many agents, and now....both my husband and I will work with Matt as long as he’s available.
