As a veteran of the commercial banking industry, in the ultra-competitive market of Chicago, Matthew has extensive experience in real estate transactions. Whether disposing over $50MM of commercial property in over one hundred transactions, negotiating terms of a deal or valuation of property, real estate has been a staple of his career for over 15 years. The transition to residential real estate brokerage, as a result, has been a seamless one and he prides himself on finding the home of his clients dreams at terms they are happy with! He currently lives in Evergreen, Colorado and cover the Foothills region into West/Southwest Denver.
