Matthew did an excellent job in making improvements to my property and then selling it. He was always very friendly in working with me and keeping me updated. He wrote a plan on detailed steps to improve my property and then executed them well. I highly recommend him to others.

Just recently used matt as a real estate agent. A few months back i had determined i needed my own space and i had a deadline. Matt spoke with me and found places for sale that fit my exact needs. Within the next few days he was able to schedule tours for me. I found what i wanted quickly but if needed matt would have taken me to every apartment he found twice over. Not only did matt help me find an apartment within a few days he was extremely nice and very patient while i asked 14 million questions. I am now in my apartment long before my deadline. Could not have found a better real estate agent.
