She provided an above and beyond service and was fully involved in the coordination of all the steps along the way. Given her previous experience, she was able to step up to give additional input when the primary challenge was in the loan processing side to ensure that all parties involved were actively doing all that can be done. She negotiated to our benefit and put our interest first without needing to be asked since she really understood our situation and goals from the very beginning. She not only got us an offer above our target price, she also raised the value of comparable properties in that community by doing so. She was available when needed and followed through in what she said.

I've worked with other realtors before and she is by far the best one. I appreciate her genuinity, approach, honesty, and resources that she has to help us all the way around.

Maureen helped us sell our current house and buy our forever home at the same time. We accepted an offer on a Friday, put in an offer on Monday for our dream house and it was accepted. It was that easy and fast! She is very responsive and updates us as needed for any development. My husband and I have been looking for a property in Lathrop, CA specifically in the River Island Community for over eight months. The demand for a Lakeview property is exceptionally high; therefore, we are never selected by the builder whenever they have a new releases. We decided to work with Maureen, and within a month, we got in contract for one of the biggest home in the community AND it has a Lakeview! The transaction was a little bumpy due to the lack of communication between the sellers and their agent so Maureen had to step in and take care of the business! Her knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to her clients are unparalleled. I would highly recommend hiring Maureen if you are looking for someone who is going to go to bat for you when the other party is being difficult to deal with, who always has your best interest during negotiations, and is someone who will never steer you wrong in recommending bid/offer prices.

We have been looking for a home that would fit our lifestyle and the needs of our growing family for some time. Maureen was recommended to us by our sister-in-law who was a client and boy she did not disappoint! She was proactive. We liked how she always had the information we needed and how responsive and detail-oriented she was. Maureen went through purchasing processes with me and finally scored a good house for me after two attempts. Unlike some of the agents out there, she actually cares and would put in extra effort to make sure I got a good deal on my purchase. If you are interested, she would actually provide real estate knowledge that other agents usually won't tell you about. One of the most interesting experiences for me would be she would try to chat with me often to understand my personality more and able to suggest house renovations/decorations ideas that somehow close to or exactly the same as my imagination, which makes me more determined to settle with one property instead of leaving it all for me to think and get frustrated at the end. This is something that most of the agents nowadays are lack of from what I heard from other friends who purchased their own houses before. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and sometimes entertaining agent! With her your house purchasing/selling experience won't be as typical and boring as it sounds! This is the agent you definitely want to reach out for if you are buying or selling in Bay Area!
