With Maurice We Had An Exceptional Home Buying Experience...
After discussing our home buying options with Maurice, we left that meeting knowing we have a great realtor in our corner. We had lots of questions and he answered everyone of them with no problem. Maurice guided us through the entire process. He got us over to the best Mortgage Lender and was instrumental in getting us a low interest rate. We also needed a Home Inspector and he got us John B who did a wonderful job. After reviewing the Inspection Report with us, John told us that the roof was a BIG problem. With this information, Maurice called the listing agent and insisted that his client will only go forward with a new roof and eventually the owners agreed after a week of negotiations. They wanted to give us $10,000 for repairs, but with Maurice we got a credit at closing for a NEW ROOF costing $30,000.00. He eliminated lots of stress we would have encountered had we use another realtor. Maurice and his team gave us exceptional service with a personal touch. I truly recommend Maurice without any hesitation...
