Max was absolutely amazing! He helped us immensely and pulled more than his weight through a ~90 day escrow! He made a painful transaction tolerable and i would Highly recommend him; he is extremely knowledgeable. Purchasing a home is stressful, but what is often overlooked is the Realtor is doing all the negotiating. When faced with a stubborn seller, lukewarm seller's agent and escrow company, we had our doubts. After dozens of phone calls from Max, three contract addenda and many calls with us, we felt very informed and extremely satisfied that we had the best Realtor working for us!
