Megan Pratchard

Her name is Megan Pratchard, formerly known as Megan Hays. She was born and raised in the Santa Clarita Valley, and she happily returned after graduating from California State University Long Beach. She studied for and passed the California Real Estate examination and was certified as a Real Estate Agent while completing her senior year at the university in 2007. She graduated from CSULB with a BA in Communication Studies in 2007 after 3½ years of study. Once she moved back to Santa Clarita, she partnered with her mother, Lynneve Hays, in a career in Real Estate and joined the team at Realty Executives at the beginning of 2008. Currently, she is a Realtor at Realty Executives in Valencia. Her partner and she both believe they have the best job in the entire world because they get to help people find their dream homes.
