Meghan Delfino

Meghan was first introduced to the real estate industry through a career in real estate recruitment. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Meghan put her degree to work uniquely by recruiting and placing real estate professionals with top-producing teams around the nation. As she became well versed in the skills and systems that make a real estate team successful, Meghan decided that her knowledge would best be utilized by becoming a Realtor©.

Meghan started with Fry Properties in 2016 as Jonathan Fry’s assistant. After gaining an extensive understanding of the business, she started working full-time as a broker associate and property manager later that year. Currently, Meghan manages a portfolio of about 50 properties throughout metro Denver, while also brokering residential sales. Meghan strives to exceed her clients’ expectations with her unparalleled dedication, effective communication, and attention to detail. She has a true passion for navigating clients through the acquisition and management of real estate investments.

On the rare occasion that she is not working, Meghan can be found hiking in the
mountains with her two biggest loves–her husband, Josh, and their Belgian Malinois, Scout.
