As a military member I have traveled a lot during my time. However, when I learned I would be moving to Virginia I ran into some issues finding a place to live. After dealing with a multitude of realtors, of which did not offer any help or positivity, I had all but lost hope. Luckily, Meki was recommended from a friend. I was stationed in South Carolina and did not have the benefit of looking at houses personally. On top of that COVID put a lot of restrictions on these opportunities. Thankfully Meki is one of those individuals who reassured me that should be willing to help. That was proven not by words but her willingness to drive, at sometimes hours out of her way to find my family a home. After battling with competing offers and waiting upon waiting, Meki was able to find us a home. I would highly recommend working with Meki as she is above the rest in caring about YOUR personal needs. Thanks again Meki, if I am ever back in the area I will reach out you in the future.

I had never sold and bought a house on my own before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Meki Cross EXCEEDED my expectations. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate – both buying and selling homes, inspections, repairs and upgrades, etc. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand – from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the Master Association. I felt so comfortable with Meki. She was great about making appointments immediately, always got back to me, and her advice was incredibly useful. Meki was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She truly cared about us, understood our needs from the beginning and even gave us ideas on potential upgrades to our new home. I can't say enough wonderful things about Meki Cross. She is friendly, dedicated and resourceful. I would highly recommend her! My son and I LOVE OUR NEW HOME!

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Meki to anyone buying or selling a home! I met her at an Open House and had an instant connection with her. As we spoke, it was clear to me that she was genuine, trustworthy, and proactive. Moreover, as a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and quickly understood Meki would always be on my side. She was available and responsive with easy to digest information. Because she listened, she knew exactly what I was looking for and actively found listings that matched my priorities - that's hard to do in a tight market!

When we found "the one", she patiently guided me through the process, and advocated on my behalf with the seller's agent whenever necessary. Throughout the whole process, I was impressed by how hard she worked for me, how well she knew the market, her extensive network, and her caring approach. I would 100% work with Meki again!!

Meki Cross Outstanding Service!!! When I first meet Meki Cross it was in an open house recommended by the previous agent that I had. From the beginning I got this great vibe from Meki as I could tell she was very passionate about her career. I decide to cancel my contract with the previous agent and hired Meki to assist me in this journey of purchasing my next place and believe me it was the best decision I made.
I must say that it was a journey well worth it, not only I got a very nice place but I learned so much of these process. Meki was on point every time when I was asking for information and she was always 2 steps ahead of me, I would say she is a go-getter and a troubleshooter.
I would recommend to anyone looking for your next home or even if you are looking to sell the one you have to get in touch with Meki and get to know her and you'll see that she will bring value to whatever your needs are.

Meki was wonderful in helping me search for a place to rent when I moved into the area. She tirelessly searched and showed me numerous listings, all of which hit on most of my long list of “must have” specifications over a two month time period. She flawlessly scheduled many days to make it possible for me to look at 3-6 properties a day despite my hectic work schedule. She always kept a realistic but positive outlook that we would find the place I would call home. Last week, I was getting close to the wire in needing to make a decision on a place to live and the first place out of a line up she had for me that day was the place I had been looking for all along. I walked in and knew 100% that this was my next home!

Thank you Meki for making my dream home a reality and for drastically reduced my stress during this process!

Meki Cross has been a wonderful agent. She has gone above and beyond to help us move into our new rental apartment. This last move was particularly stressful. The condo was filthy when I got the keys. The agent representing the property didn’t inspect the property beforehand. Neither the agent nor the property management company, representing the condo, was very helpful in getting it clean in time. I had to shift our moving plan, which can be extremely stressful. If it wasn’t for Meki, I don’t know what would have happened. She arranged a cleaning crew to get the apartment ready just before we moved in. She waited for a few hours to finish the final walk-through. I am exceptionally grateful for her help and support. Thanks, Meki!
