Melia Campbell

Melia has been serving the Yuba Sutter area as a real estate professional since 1998. She loves working with first time homebuyers, as well as military families looking to relocate or retire. She is active in her local Association of Realtors and has served as the Association President as well as been named the Realtor/Broker of the Year. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management-Finance and a master’s degree in Real Estate. As a Broker/Owner she supervises other agents in her office and work with them to serve all clients with the utmost of care and diligence. Having spent many years "flipping" homes, Melia has gained important insights into getting a home ready for the market, advising buyers on potential issues with property condition as well as renovation projects that make sense, and those that do not.
