When selling your house, living through the marketing phase of the sale is stressful at best. Even if you’re not living in the house, the wondering can make for some anxious times. Melinda spent a majority of her life as a resident of Willow Glen. Her husband, Bret and she were raised and have raised their family here in the Bay Area and are active members of the community. We each coached youth soccer for over 10 years and we have been involved in a great many fundraisers for schools and local charities. Currently, we are active with Courageous Kids, giving kids a day off from cancer and Willow Glen Cares, an organization helping struggling families at the local middle and high schoot
The benefit of growing up and being active in the area is she has been able to get to know a wide variety of the neighborhoods and have watched so many changes. While she loves our new Bay Area she also truly appreciates our history.
