Buying and/or selling a house can be a very long and difficult process but her always-positive attitude made a stressful situation so much more bearable. I am not built for home purchasing. I'm not the type that wants to spend a full day viewing homes, and seeing every place that hits a miniscule percentage of fancy for me. I know what I want and I'm not going to waste a lot of time fussing with anything else. Melissa quickly adjusted to my needs and my demeanor and truly served as a steward for this process.

She quickly jumped when I made decisions on offers and was looking out for my interests during this process. She was great about checking in when things turned to the hurry up and wait stages of closing and has been great in following up afterwards as well. The fact that she did all of this in this manner during an extremely hectic market was incredible. She really made me feel at ease during this process.

I would suggest Melissa for anyone looking for home in the greater Gainesville vicinity.
