Melissa Jimenez was fantastic from the very first day we spoke until the very end of our house hunting and even now after the fact. She was a wonderful guide during the whole process of buying a home especially since we were first time homebuyers. I 100% believe we wouldn’t have ended up in our beautiful home without her! Melissa was an absolute rock star of a realtor. There wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer but more importantly she was ALWAYS available for us to ask a question. With her leading the sale of our new home, Melissa left no stone unturned. She ensured that our home showed well and she marketed widely. I had been trying to buy for a while and was getting the run around with different loan officer and realtors. I was introduced to Melissa and her team and given it was my first time buying i can’t compare to previous experiences but I absolutely can say she made it easy, stress free, and an overall great experience. Melissa Jimenez, is the nicest realtor, I have ever met!
She went above and beyond any realtor, that has ever helped us. She spent hours with us, talking us about things we needed to know about selling our home. Always responded to my many phone calls. Came to our home and if we didn't understand something, she spent time going over it till we could understand.
We had a couple bumps in the road. But Melissa, responded to of those and took care of everything.
When the home did sell, Melissa did everything she could to make sure it went as smooth as it could. I never could have imagined all the running around and all of the paper work she had to do, and again making sure we understood everything.
She was ALWAYS sweet and kind to us.
I will recommend Melissa to anyone I know that would like to buy or sell a home.

In the beginning of my process I was very uneducated in home buying but luckily I was referred to a exceptional realtor Melissa Jimenez went above and beyond to get my family's home she was very good at explaining the ins and our of the viewing and buying process I feel confident about my next purchase thanks to her. Being that I work in the bay area I wasn't able to view house's at normal hours but it didn't seem to be a problem for her as a matter of fact I felt like I was her only client, I wasn't of course. I also talked to a few people who were trying to purchase a home during the same time period I was, and let's just say I was there realtor, because Melissa was so great at explaining things. Hiring Melissa to be my REALTOR® was a decision I will never regret. I have my first home, in a great area, and under ask price thanks to her negotiating everything from the start! It was a short sale which she explained the process to me in depth even thought it was hard to wait for answers. Without her patience, guidance, answering her phone at all hours, and having great connection to my loan and other people to help, I wouldn’t have been able to close on the home, and get the best deal around. I highly recommend calling her for advice and hiring her to buy your next home, sell your existing one, or both!
