Meredith Price

Meredith, or Mer, as most people know her, is a native Northern Californian who ventured to Lexington for college and never looked back. As a non-native Lexingtonian, Meredith understands the challenges involved with moving to unfamiliar territory and has a unique perspective to offer out-of-towners relocating to Lexington.

Since obtaining her real estate license in 2016, Meredith has become increasingly interested in urban planning and development, staying up-to-date with city and state decisions that will affect the local real estate market. Unlike most people, she enjoys going to city meetings and is fascinated by public process. Meredith makes it a point to keep her clients informed of any changes or potential changes that may have an impact on their real estate decisions. Simply put, Meredith is passionate about Lexington and wants to do her part to help make the city an even better place to live for everyone.

Outside of real estate, Meredith enjoys staying active. She likes to hike, ski, play tennis and an occasional round of golf. During basketball season, Meredith can be found pacing the sidelines as a middle-school basketball coach at The Lexington School. When she’s not hanging around Lexington, Meredith prefers to spend her time on a plane traveling to various countries. She loves getting to experience other cultures while broadening her worldview. But no matter where her travels take her, she always cherishes that stunning final descent over the Bluegrass and into LEX (and is happy knowing her bags will take less than 5 minutes to get to baggage claim).
