We were so fortunate to have found Met when we moved back to San Diego. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient when we traveled from San Diego to Riverside county to look at homes over a couple months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
In short, he was always on our side working to make our home purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Met was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us sound advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

Met really values his clients and ensures that his clients are happy with their decisions. Working with Met made the buying process as simplified as it can be and he was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns. He explained everything thoroughly and he really took the time and had the patience to work with us. We spent every weekend going to multiple properties until we found the one that we wanted and I can not express how much searching and effort that Met put into helping us. I would definitely recommend Met for any future services.

My girlfriend and I took the plunge into becoming first time home buyers and Met was recommended to us by our mortgage loan officer, Karla Sabio. We were welcomed with open arms and always felt we were in good hands because of his extensive knowledge in real estate.

Met always showed up to every showing on time and was always prompt in responding to our text messages with any sort of questions we had. We never felt pressured or pushed to make any sort of decision because we trusted his expertise and he allowed us to always have the final say on things.

Despite us picking what seemed to be the peak of a seller's market, Met was able to adapt to this grueling market and form a winning strategy for us. He does an outstanding job at gathering intel from listing agents in order to formulate the best possible offer going into a deal.

It took little over a month to find the home for us, which is actually pretty amazing considering the state of the market. Met always did his best to boost up our spirits when our offers weren't accepted and made sure we didn't get discouraged to the point that we would stop looking. It's certainly a testament to his patience and character that makes him a great real estate agent.
