Jaime was excellent to work with. She really put our minds at ease during our move from Massachusetts to Tennessee. She's very clear with her communication and very transparent. She thought about things that we might not think of as she showed us properties via video calls. At the final leg of closing, the rest of the team had been very helpful, courteous and timely in giving us information about the things we needed to do for closing in the state of Tennessee. He listens to his clients’ wants/needs in a home and books showings accordingly. Michael wholeheartedly understands that the purchase of a home is a big decision and patiently refuses to let his clients settle for anything less than they’re looking for. Buying in the Memphis area yields many challenges with a wide variety of city and suburbia areas to consider. I can only imagine that the process of relocating here with a relator not as attentive and well versed in the area as Michael would be beyond frustrating. The entire team was very professional and went to work quickly. The pictures of the house were fantastic. They listed my home on a Thursday evening and by Sunday night I was reviewing 10 offers. They summarized the offers in a spreadsheet to aid in the process. I had an accepted offer by Monday night. Yep - 5 DAYS later and it was for $25k OVER asking price! The house closed within 3 weeks. I am originally from Memphis but live near Dallas now. A friend of mine knew that my husband and I were looking to get back home, so she was looking for realtors for us. She stopped at an open house that April and Michael Bryan were doing, for a completely different reason, and left there to message me, saying, "You really need to contact them. I think they are super nice and will be very helpful!"

She was right. I sent April an email the next day, and by the time we came to Memphis to visit homes, she knew exactly our tastes. She and Michael both went to multiple houses with us with a whirlwind several days off of work. They talked to us about the pros and cons of every home, in great detail, discussing all aspects from tree landscaping and yard drainage to foundation issues and window efficiency as well as cosmetic concerns.

When we were unable to find the right house while we were in Memphis, April continued to look diligently for us while we were back in the Dallas area, sending frequent emails with detailed photos and even conducting Skype tours a couple of times...until we found our perfect home!

Both April and Michael made us feel like we were a top priority at all times throughout the entire buying process. They helped us find a mortgage loan originator and a closing attorney, which was very helpful since we were out of town. April was at the closing and even continued to take our phone calls with questions about the transition after that meeting when we still had to exchange keys, paperwork, and the like.

I give Bryan Realty my highest recommendation.
