For the first over 30 years of his working life, Michael developed his career in sales and sales management for large blue-chip companies. This extensive experience helped him craft a detailed plan of action that get the best possible results for my clients.

Michael began his Real Estate career mostly; by talking to sellers whose homes had not sold (expired listings). Collaborating with these sellers taught him how most of the common methods used by traditional agents was in fact, working against sellers in many cases. Most agents did not do the things he did or tell their clients the things he did, Michael has a proven track record of taking over thirty-five “expired” homes and successfully selling them when other agents could not. This early experience also helped him understand how to best help Buyers purchase the home of their dreams. Knowing how both sellers and buyers want different things helps him negotiate win-win scenarios.
