Michael Caplan has served the community as a Broker associate since 1976. Since then, he has been honored as an Outstanding Life Member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors
Masters Club, (SAR). In addition, Michael also served as a Chairperson of the SAR Education Committee, a Member of the SAR Arbitration and Grievance Committees, and a member of the
Albert Einstein Residential Center (AERC) Board of Directors.
As a Sacramento native and fifth generation Californian, Michael has completely immersed himself into the community by continued involvement and knowledge of the region’s offerings.
Married to his wife, Louise for nearly 57 years, the two have continued to make their mark in the industry. With his family's continued connection to the agriculture and ranching industries
in the San Joaquin and Sacramento Valleys since the middle 1800's, he also understands the history of this region and beyond. His community involvement extends to his experience as past
President of St. Charles Pl. (HOA) of Campus Commons in Sacramento, past President of The Rotary Club of Arden Arcade, and a past commodore of the Pacific Cup Yacht Club. In his free
time, Michael takes pride in being a father of two, grandfather of four, and sailboat racer.
