To whom it may concern :
I do not know Michael too well ，not until he was recommended by my in-law 1 years ago when I want to sell my house in Long Beach . The process was quite smooth after the then-residents received the move- out -redemption with Michael's negotiation.
To my personal reasons I wanted to sell my 2nd house in Nebraska Avenue in November 2022. Michael efficiently assisted on the ads and promotion with huge positive feedbacks that I believe it was mainly due to the beautiful and attractive pictures taken. A few potential buyers showed their interest to let me picked the most ideal one.
Michael assisted on all legitimate, financing and technical matters making the deal run hassle free. All I need to do was just sit and wait till the closing date comes in early Jan.

But Michael sold the house in a very short period of time and at a very good price that my sister in law didn't expect to get. Michael did a great job. Very efficient transaction. Michael brings his EQ to work and is not only knowledgeable about real estate, but how to deal with other people and all of the nuances that come in relationship building and client services. He understands quality and guided me in my purchase to make sure I wasn’t making a bad investment, and he really puts finding you the right home above his own interests—the home we found for me was well under budget and he encouraged me that it was a perfect fit! He also remains attentive and helpful after the sale, and you can tell it is always more than a sale to him. For buying or selling you’d be making a good decision to work with him!

2020 was an extremely challenging year to be in the market, but Michael made it much easier for us. We made a contingent offer on a house that had its own contingency with getting sign off from the city, and COVID made all of that even harder.
Michael was extremely responsive and supportive of our particular needs, and we felt well supported throughout the process. He’s a zealous advocate and is very proactive in working on his clients’ behalf. He also worked well with different people during some more stressful points in the process to keep everything on track. Finally, he went the extra mile for us at several points, like negotiating access to the house when there was an unexpected delay in closing due to paperwork error, that allowed us to stay on schedule with the myriad of people we’d hired to get our move done. He’s also just a great person to work with - very smart and very kind.
This was a challenging transaction to complete, and it might not have happened without his considerable efforts. I would definitely recommend Michael!

One of our dear friends highly recommended Michael after he recently sold his home. He was impressed with Michael’s experience, direct communication style, marketing skills and ability to generate so much interest in the home in such a short time frame. Based on this referral, we listed our home with Michael and had the same positive experience. After seven days on MLS, we had four offers which were all over the asking price. The sale with our selected buyer successfully closed a few days ago.

Michael is very hard working and provided thoughtful advice throughout the process. From the beginning Michael was extremely attentive to our needs as first time home buyers in the West Hollywood area.
