Michael Dunitz

A Manhattan Beach resident since 1976, Mike Dunitz has 25 years of experience as a real estate broker in the Beach Cities. Mike is known for his integrity, negotiating skills, and for delivering exceptional personal service. The majority of Mike’s business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

Mike graduated with honors from the University of Michigan and has graduate-level training in architecture. He also has extensive experience in construction, remodeling, and commercial real estate. As a past Director of the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation, Mike is very knowledgeable about our public schools. Mike is a licensed broker and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.
