Michael Germain

From his Boise roots to his honest and strong work ethic, Mike is an asset and a pleasure to work with in any transaction. Born and raised right here in the Treasure Valley, Mike had an early aptitude for real estate. In fact, he enjoyed touring open houses with his mother, beginning at the age of five. He comes from a large family (four of which are realtors) and is the coolest uncle ever, because not only is he an athlete in every aspect, but Mike is also a coach and a mentor. Mike is also a New Construction Specialist.

After graduating high school in Boise, Mike lived and worked in many places, across the Western US and the Caribbean. He returned to Boise and graduated from BSU in K-12 Physical Education. Mike enjoyed 2 years teaching and bonding with the students and faculty at Les Bois Junior High, where he coached basketball and golf, and worked in the Special Education program. Changing careers was bittersweet and the impact of his work/play there resonates still. Mike has a strong and uplifting character and will always be a student and a teacher.

Interests of Mike also include camping, hiking, skiing, and fishing. He is a competitor to the bone and always wants to see the underdog come back for the win. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and best of all is interesting because he is interested. His relationships thrive on honesty and sincerity, and he will do all he can to make sure his client's interests always come first.
