Born and raised in Los Angeles, Michael attended Loyola High School, followed by Loyola Marymount University. While attending LMU and shortly after, Michael was an assistant football coach under his father Steve Grady, head football coach at Loyola High School for more than 30 years. He is an active member of local and national real estate industry organizations, a lover of architecture and an active supporter of philanthropic causes, such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Best Friends Animal Society.
