We would not have changed one detail of the partnership we formed with your team as we sold our house. During your initial home visit, you were both complimentary of the finer features, but no-nonsense about improvements we needed to make to find buyers willing to pay our asking price. From there, the potentially complicated process of listing and selling occurred seamlessly. You walked us through price setting and the spectrum of buyers we could expect within each range, but left the decision completely up to us. Every email to the team was answered within hours, no matter the time. On the flip side, we were not faced with numerous followup questions once we provided essential information about the house; the paperwork and processing was just handled, and handled well. Simply put, Michael is the best realtor that I have ever dealt win, and one of the few truly exceptional realtors out there. Here are a few of his strengths that make him an extremely successful realtor: 1) Outstanding Listening Skills 2) Cool under fire 3) Produces a highly effective marketing plan Michael’s marketing plan lead to numerous showings of our house, and an above asking price offer (yes, it can happen even in a down economy). He was spot on with the improvement and staging suggestions he made, which lead to a greater than 100% return on investment. The marketing brochure he produced was of exceptionally high quality . . . eye-catching and appealing to prospective home buyers. I saw brochures for houses 3 times our house’s asking price that were not even 1/3 as good. We also managed to buy our house for $30k under its appraised value. And when things got tough during the buying process, Michael ALWAYS stepped up. He always had our best interests in mind. THIS is the true test of a realtor: Will they represent you vigorously, no matter what happens in the process? We had our share of challenges selling and buying challenges. Michael kept cool and supportive throughout and the result is we sold our old house for a terrific price, and purchased our new house for an equally terrific price.
