Michael Mathios

Michael joined the Cushman & Wakefield office in Sacramento in 2017 and specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties.

With more than 24 years in the industry, Michael has assisted clients in the sale and purchase of communities and offered guidance on repositioning of properties based on market environment. Michael possesses extensive knowledge in the underwriting, marketing and sales of multi-housing investment properties from the Sacramento Region to the Central Valley.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Michael was the Managing Principal for Northwind Commercial, Inc., a small boutique company he formed in 2008. His prolific real estate background also includes 10 years at CBRE. Michael has participated in the sale of more than $875 million in transaction volume of multifamily properties in his career through the representation of both institutional and small private capital investors.
