Michael Monempour

Michael Monempour is the Founder of LA Multi Family Group (LAMFG) and 1st Vice President of Lyon Stahl. Honesty, integrity, and a relentless work ethic are the core values in which he has built his career. With over 120 completed transactions totaling over $400 Million Sold, Michael is recognized as one of the top multifamily and land value brokers in the Westside of Los Angeles. Michael’s high energy approach and committed work ethic provides his clients with the highest possible satisfaction in achieving their objectives. He is either directly involved in or facilitates every step of his transactions. This includes creating a thorough marketing plan, producing effective marketing materials, transaction coordination, procuring and qualifying buyers, keeping contracts airtight to protect his clients, overseeing the due diligence period and property inspections, obtaining financing if necessary, and ultimately closing escrow. He has consistently maintained a significant market share of properties sold in West Los Angeles and has set trends in the market with his transactions by setting and breaking records. Michael began his career in commercial real estate at the Charles Dunn Company in 2016 where he immediately made an impact winning Rookie of the year. He went on to be the Multi Family Broker of the year in 2018. He then joined Kidder, and in 2019 he was honored as a top 10 Broker in CA under the age of 35 by Next Gen. In 2021, Michael was the firm’s top producing Broker in the entire Southern CA Region. In his free time Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors playing sports, reading, and traveling. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California in 2014 and is a member of the USC Lusk Center
